I'm a freelance book editor and business writing coach with extensive experience with voice, tone, branding, and reader expectations across commercial genres, especially romance, fantasy, and book club fiction. I offer a full range of developmental editing, manuscript assessment, writing coaching (for authors and other professionals), and publishing industry consultation services.

I spent over 10 years at HarperCollins as the developmental editor, copywriter, and project manager on 200+ novels, including multiple New York Times, USA Today, Wall Street Journal, and international bestsellers. My projects have sold millions of copies across the globe, hit every major bestseller list—including the #1 spot on the NYT and USAT lists—and won a Lambda Literary Award. I most recently taught business writing classes and coached individuals on their written communication skills at a global finance and technology development firm.
